Based in Somone, Senegal, Christophe is the co-owner of the Reserve de Bandia and Ranch de Bandia in Senegal. An experienced conservation specialist trained in South Africa; Christophe has more than 12 years of experience in the conservation sector. He has managed the Reserve de Bandia for over 8 years and has also provided consultancy services to set up parks in several African countries, including Senegal and Mali.

Adrian Mill

Owner and Managing Director of ESS (Environmental and Social Sustainability), an advisory services firm focused on implementing sustainability in Africa, Adrian has more than 20 years of experience in ESG, managing compliance for internationally significant mining and infrastructure projects across Africa / the Middle East. Based in Dakar, Senegal, Adrian is an ESG and sustainability advisor to major investors and companies, focused on implementation of best practice in Africa and emerging economies. He specialises in improving project bankability by aligning projects with the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) expectations possesses of international investors.

Tracy Petersen

Tracy-Lee is an accomplished environmental and conservation management professional with 25 years of experience.
Before working with Lion Rouge, she spent over ten years in South African National Parks – Kruger National Park, where she held the position of Strategic Conservation Planner and Environmental Manager, ensuring compliance with environmental legislation, developing and implementing environmental impact assessments, environmental management plans, integrated waste management, renewable energies, and project management.
